Returns/Repairs

In order to ensure only the highest level of quality is maintained, the pieces for SKJ are handmade to order and therefore all sales are final. SKJ is confident that its clients will be satisfied with their purchase, however, strongly recommends that its clients confirm the correct sizing and style before placing their order.

If a purchased piece is defective upon receipt, clients have the option to return the item within thirty (30) days after receipt of the item. Upon receipt of the returned item, SKJ will make the necessary repairs to the piece and return it to you. The client is responsible for all shipping costs associated with said returns and SKJ strongly recommends that clients insure the return shipment in the amount of the value of the returned item.

Shipping/Delivery

Please note that all pieces are made to order so please allow for two (2) to three (3) weeks from the date of your order for your order to ship. Taxes

Local sales taxes are collected for any order(s) where the shipping destination is located within the State of California.  Sales tax, if any, will be automatically included in your order price at the time of checkout
